inroducing the one-day crash course

Hey! This is exciting! On October 18th I’ll be teaching the first-ever Improv for Introverts One-Day Crash Course, a six-hour version of Mercury Improv’s flagship class.
To be clear, this isn’t some Full Metal Jacket boot camp horror show. It’s still the same super-supportive, super-low-pressure Improv for Introverts class … just distilled down to its essentials. (And yes, of course we’re taking an hour off for lunch. We’re not barbarians.)
The Improv for Introverts One-Day Crash Course is for you if:
You want to take Improv for Introverts but doing it on weeknights for six weeks doesn’t work with your schedule
You want to take Improv for Introverts but you want to do it in one concentrated dose rather than making yourself leave the house six different times
You want to take Improv for Introverts but also want the reassuring comfort of knowing that at the end of class you can leave and never come back again
Spending a Saturday hanging out with other cool and interesting goofballs and having a blast sounds like a good use of your time
I’m currently cooking the Introverts curriculum down to six hours of improv power. While we won’t cover every single thing that comes up in the regular course (duh), we’ll hit all the major principles.
If you have any questions, please email me. But if your first impulse is “I should do this,” you might be right.
If your first impulse is “No way, that sounds too intense,” no worries! The next regular weekly session of Improv for Introverts starts on Wednesday October 22nd and will proceed in orderly two-hour increments for six weeks. I’d love to see you in there.
As always, let me know if you have any questions, comments, or complaints. See you next week!
Till then,
John
