hello again

An Edward Hopper painting called Automat showing a woman in a green coat and yellow cloche hat sitting alone at a table drinking a cup of something. The space is brightly lit but the large plate glass window behind her shows only darkness outside and the reflection of two rows of overhead lights. She's thinking about taking Improv for introverts.
I was going to try to find a different picture but then my ride got here. I still like this one, though.

Hey there, it’s been a minute. Nice to see you! Apparently I haven’t sent one of these since September, further evidence that I’m bad at marketing. But isn’t that part of the distinctive charm of Mercury Improv? I mean, at the very least you know for sure I didn’t use AI to write this.

The main thing coming up is a new Improv for Introverts class starting this week. The last one filled up and I’d really like to do that again (because it’s fun) so here’s a special deal for the elites reading this: you can get 20 bucks off with the discount YES20. Such a deal! Please feel free to share this far and wide.

But also: watch this space for announcements about new classes, including Improv for (Recovering) Alcoholics and a monthly improv workshop for people who’ve already completed one course with me and want to do more. It’s all happening, as soon as I can nail down some scheduling issues.

I hope you’re doing well, and I promise you’ll be hearing from me again sooner than three months from now. (Unless you unsubscribe, in which case no hard feelings, seriously.)

Till then,
John
