Helping out a multimedia megastar with a common problem
For large sites, especially corporate ones this is such a common problem that can have a devastating impact on your traffic but is easily fixed if you follow a few basic steps. I went through these steps yesterday with Darren Rowse aka @problogger who gets around 5 million unique page views a month. Since then Google has already responded in a major way.
