Magnify | Who Controls Your Website?

Public Announcement: Do you control your website?

In the past few months, we have seen a common theme with some clients...

Some companies don't have full access to their website.

Not having full access to things like FTP and other server logins puts you, the business owner, in a very dangerous position.

It would be like having to get the keys from the landlord every time you wanted to open your office. You can't then be held for ransom if you want to change hosting or providers.

Whether it's being held by the hosting company, the development company or agency you are working with, it's really concerning in 2015.

Make sure your contracts with your website service providers allow you full control over your site.
