Does Your Site Have a Twin & The Australian Paywall

Google launched their +1 button last week. What does it mean for ranking? Not much. Except to say that you should enable it on your site as it has the potential to increase click through rates. Have a look at this week's post and click on the +1 to see how it works. You should do it but it is no biggie for ranking.

A conference in Sydney yesterday & today organised by Mumbrella.com.au some interesting announcements including The Australian newspaper will soon have a paywall. Also I do a site review as requested by the dicksmith.com.au team, on of Australia's large retailers. The site has some interesting problems that can influence ranking.
