Algorithm change
In the last hour Google has announced an algorithm change that will affect the results of nearly 12% of searches. It looks like the change I saw earlier in the week is just part of this bigger change. I've done some initial analysis. If you are getting backlinks from junk sites or if you run sites that don't have unique content you may get hit by this change.
