Inequality, a word that divides.
While attempting to jog and claim a semblance of a healthy lifestyle, I noticed the neighbourhood sports stadium had a soccer fair going on. Tiny tots, slightly bigger tots, and their protective parents were hovering over the large grass patch which was split into different sections.
What struck me was the fact that the parents took the time to bring their children down; they could be reluctant (like me) to be fit, or they could be part of a sports-for-life family. The point was, these kids were pretty lucky when their fellow toddlers in families which may not have enough 'resources' are left at home, staring at the telly, or even making do with nothing at all.
If you make kids, make time. No one put a gun to your head and forced you to bring children into this world, and for you to claim you "weren't ever ready to be a parent".
