Fox Romp
It’s been about a month and change since Audition For The Fox has come out. Times flies and all, yeah? The events have been lovely, and I’ll do a full breakdown soon. The reviews have been kind. And the support has been absolutely wonderful. Surreally so, in fact.
And now I find myself in that strange space after an achievement has happened and before the next thing kicks into high gear.
I’m focusing on schoolwork. I’m focusing on my day job, and practicing my milk steaming techniques, how to increase my speed of production. I’m focusing on my freelance, game design and book reviews and other work.
I’m trying to figure out the next thing. To write. To dedicate myself to.
I think I’m figuring it out. But I also feel like I’m figuring a lot of stuff out these days.
So I’m just trying to be patient. To give myself time and space to let the grief of the book being out and being over flow through me. To rediscover those things that sustain me.
