Three Weeks Until The Fox Hunt
Soon, the hunt begins. And throughout our mortal history, fox hunts have been known to be a terrible and bloody activity, yes.
But did you know that fox hunts within the world of Oranoya are meant to be fun? That’s because the Fox loves being chased. And is almost never caught, at least by mortal hands. (It is another thing entirely when a sibling, in fury, play, or otherwise, decide the Fox needs to account for their transgressions).
Well, a merry fox hunt is to begin soon here, on our planet of Earth. The Fox of Tricks is rummaging about in the bushes, enjoying the last of tart summer berries, painting their snout in shades of purple and jammy red. Soon, they will yip, and upon getting our attention, they shall run and laugh all the way.
It’d be rude not to join them, yes?
A point of order: the Astoria launch event will be at the Thespis Theater, and we will be having this corrected =]
I’m really excited for this little tour, and I am over the moon to be hosted by some of my favorite stores and be in conversation with some of my favorite authors! Fun fact: the B&N I’ll be at is the one I worked at for many years and went to as a kid all the time!
