This Week’s Pax‑Pod: A Gentle Story to Share With Your Kids

Dear Great River Families,

Every child deserves a place where courage feels safe, kindness feels possible, and the world feels a little less loud.

Kids today are surrounded by noise, pressure, and fear. Most children’s content only adds more stimulation. You don’t need more noise. Your child doesn’t either.

Pax‑Pod is a gentle audio world where children learn how to calm their bodies, name their feelings, practice courage, and feel safe inside themselves. It’s not entertainment — it’s emotional scaffolding disguised as story.

Pax was created inside the Wilderness Method, a trauma‑informed framework used to teach courage and emotional regulation to real children in real communities.

Imagine your child listening to a soft voice that never rushes or overwhelms — just guides. That’s Pax.

Pax‑Pod offers a calmer bedtime, a steadier car ride, a gentle reset after a hard day, and a trusted voice reinforcing the values you already hold.

If you’d like Pax to walk with your child, you can listen to the stories here — no signup required. Adults may join Pax’s Trail List for updates; we do not accept minors’ email submissions.

Every child deserves a gentle guide. Pax would be honored to walk with yours.

This week’s story

Here is this week’s Pax‑Pod — our gentle, kid‑safe audio story designed for Sunday mornings. These short episodes are made for children, but the email is for you.

Every Sunday, Pax offers a small moment of calm, curiosity, and imagination. If you have kids in your life — your own, your grandkids, students, neighbors, or little ones you care about — I invite you to share this week’s story with them.

This week’s story is simple, warm, and meant to give kids a sense of steadiness. You can play it during breakfast, in the car, or as a quiet moment before the day begins.

If you know a child who would enjoy Pax‑Pod, please feel free to forward this email or share the link. Pax is for all kids in the Great River communities — and beyond.

Thank you for helping build a gentle corner of the world for the children around us.

Warmly,
Mayasonette
