Dear Youth‑Guidance Colleague,
You’ve spent years guiding young people through challenge, responsibility, and growth. You’ve seen the quiet leaders — the ones who hold the room together, the ones who rise when others hesitate, the ones who carry more than their share because they can.
This summer, Camp Justice is launching something built for professionals like you.
At Rose Cottage, we’re opening a pilot leadership program designed not for students, but for the adults who guide them — the youth‑development professionals who understand how to hold structure, dignity, and challenge at the same time.
This is not a camp job.
This is not a volunteer role.
This is a professional apprenticeship inside a mission‑driven environment.
We’re enrolling a small cohort of youth‑guidance trained professionals who want to:
deepen their leadership practice
refine their communication under pressure
learn dignity‑centered group management
build safety‑first youth environments
strengthen their professional credibility
contribute to a statewide civic‑literacy mission
This is the first year of Camp Justice.
The professionals who join us now will shape the culture, the systems, and the future of the program for years to come.
We’re opening seven seats for our pilot cohort.
If you’re ready to step into work that will follow you for the rest of your career, I’d like to meet you.
