A day late, but not a dollar short, I hope. The world is a scary place right now, and I spent yesterday in post-cancer doctor appointments. All the medical news is currently good, and I have a colonoscopy next week so I’m now the proud owner of a metric butt-ton (literally) of Gatorade. The colonscopy prep has really improved from the era of “gag down a giant overpriced container of seawater” era: now it’s gatorade and OTC laxatives and fasting.

Hey, this intermittent fasting thing I do for my inflammation levels turns out to be training for various medical procedures! Score?
