Thoughts & Musings
Today is the first day in eight years that I’ve been the mother of only one teenager.
Yep - my middle child turned 20 today! Leaving just my youngest to be in her teens. It’s been a day of reflection for me. The past 8 years have included some of the hardest of my life - and although I’m exhausted most of the time now, I know I’m a better person for living through those challenges.
The three biggest lessons I’ve taken away are: 1. Know When to Let Go, 2. Live in the Now, and 3. Never Get Bitter.
If I weren’t so tired, I would write a blog post about it. Alas, this short blurb will have to do.
xoxo Mary
P.S. Check out my fall class schedule!
