1. CSEP Event
We would love to see you there for CSEP's first event of 2023 with Dr David Talbot. David Talbot is Associate Director of Global Policy at the Milken Institute, where he helps lead research on international trade, economic competitiveness, and climate resiliency. David served in the Obama administration as a policy advisor on international economics to the Secretary of Commerce. He has also worked on three US presidential campaigns and volunteered as an Economic Policy Advisory Committee member on Joe Biden for President. Dr. Talbot earned a PhD from the University of Cambridge, a master’s degree from the University of Oxford, and a BA from Yale University. He has published articles in outlets including Foreign Policy, World Politics Review, Lawfare, and the Los Angeles Review of Books.
