Over the last couple of weeks, we’ve been trying out a new peer feedback system at Sonatype.  I asked for feedback from some of the teams I coach.  One of those team members shared the following image today as part of his response.  I thought it was perfect feedback for an agile coach

In a way, I feel it describes anyone who takes on the management mindset of a servant leader.
