This Thursday (29/05) we are playing a show in dB's! After our last two gigs, we thoroughly reviewed, updated and improved our live show. We’re already proud of it and we hope to share the result with you this Thursday.

Behind the scenes: writing & recording Summer Skin
Hi, this is Fien and I’m stepping in to write something about the creative process of our upcoming single Summer Skin.
Back in September, Mees and I sat down together and wrote the first version of a song called Summer Skin. It was just a rough sketch back then, but we already knew that it would grow into a song we’d be proud of. You can listen to a snippet of the first version here:
A few months later, Morris (our guitarist) joined to help shape and finish the arrangement. Since then, it’s been a slow and steady process: layering ideas, pulling things apart, and finding the right pieces. Kind of like a musical puzzle we’ve been figuring out together.
The song is about leaving behind what no longer fits you. Closing a chapter, saying goodbye to people that were a part of your life, letting go of a version of yourself. Shedding your summer skin and getting ready for a new season. Letting go, and making space for something new.
Last week, we recorded the drums, which felt like a big step forward. It’s all starting to click now, and we’re excited for you to hear it soon. We’ve added some footage from the studio. We’re excited to hear what you think!
