Newsletter #9 - New Freelance Chapter, The Runic Edda Progress & A11Y Gems
Hola, amigos:
Big personal shift this month. I’ve officially closed the chapter of my life as a content creator. My YouTube channel has been collecting cobwebs for ages and I’ve stopped updating anything on Udemy too. It was time.
Instead, I’ve opened a new door: I’m now offering freelance work for a few selected cases each year. The goal? To help fund development of my solo indie game: The Runic Edda.
Game Dev Focus: The Runic Edda
This month, most of my energy has gone into improving The Runic Edda. If you follow me on Bluesky, you might have caught some of the updates.
I’ve implemented a Quest System and upgraded the cinematics logic. If you're into Godot or curious about dev tools, I wrote a new article on the blog about managing camera transitions:

What I’m reading
At work, we picked up Web Accessibility Cookbook by Manuel Matuzović. It’s packed with practical advice and best practices for accessibility. I'm reading it in a relaxed pace and genuinely enjoying it. Highly recommend it to any frontend dev!
