Fellow Stonecutters,
not only will I be transmitting these bits and bytes into your inboxes over my freshly upgraded 250/100 internet connection, but as I’m typing these lines I see them manifest before my eyes in crisp sharpness on a shiny new 4K display. After months of deliberations I bit the bullet and got me a second Acer Nitro in addition to my existing 1440p 27” monitor of the same type and maker, which has served me well for quite some time now. The new screen, going by the catchy model name XV280KBMIIPRX, is doing its job well enough for now, but I’m still not 100% convinced it will be the longterm solution for my setup.
Borderless beauties, baby! The only improvement now would a single ultrawide screen. Which is exactly what I’m considering, just not sure if it needs to be dual DWQHD (5120 × 1440) or if UW-QHD (3440 × 1440) is enough.

Fun Twitter trend last week: Reminiscing about the games of your childhood with a screenshot/video and the phrase “I grew up here”. In case you’re not aware, you should know that Blobby Volley has an open sourced sequel and can even be played in the browser now! Where did you grow up?
