How to print with OpenIndiana (with Mate Desktop)

┌ Open a terminal and switch to root

su -

┌ Install cups

pkg install cups cups-filters system-config-printer print-manager foomatic-rip pycairo

┌ Fix a permission problem :

chmod 755 /usr/share/system-config-printer/system-config-printer.py

┌ Start system-config-printer
(as standard user, not as root here)

system-config-printer

Identify with root when the login windows appear...
Same thing as on Linux/FreeBSD...
