👀 Game 3 Recap
What a difference a week makes — from playing in snow to beautiful sunny weather! We played hard and brought the score within 1 at one point before TOPS pulled ahead at the end. Really proud of the effort, with some great defensive blocks and diving catches. Let's keep building on that!
🏃 Practice This Week
Two practices this week, including a Friday evening session shared with the WSHS team:

🏟️ Game 4 — This Saturday, 3/28
We'll be venturing out of West Seattle this week, but not traveling too far! We're up against Hawks 7th Varsity. Activation status will be announced Wednesday evening — players can also check the Player Portal for their status once it's set.
🙌 Introducing Coach Andrew
We're excited to welcome Andrew — Eleanor and Jack's dad — who will be around more helping the program. Andrew is a longtime West Seattle community member you may know as a fellow parent or as a local practitioner and owner of Sea Pines Physical Therapy. While newer to ultimate, Andrew brings a long history of athletics and physical activity. We're stoked to have him!
🌷 Spring Reign — Friendly Reminder
A reminder that Spring Reign (April 25–26 in Burlington) is coming up! We won’t be able to have the full team there, and we’ll get the activation list determined by Monday, 4/6m after our next two weeks of practices and games.
It's ideal to have players there for both days, but if you can only make one day, that works too — just capture that in the Player Portal. We'll also be setting up a carpool system soon. Some families may make a weekend of it, some will drive back and forth each day, and some may just come for one day. More details to come!
🥏 Upcoming Opportunity: Gx Middle School Hat Tournament

All Gx experience levels are welcome! You can bring your friends and teammates — you may choose one buddy to play with, and both players must select each other during registration to be placed together.
👀 Watch Westside High Schoolers Play!
There are active high school Bx and Gx leagues happening right now, with many games right here in West Seattle — a great chance to watch some older players and get inspired:
Westside JV Bx is playing the next 3 Friday evenings at Hiawatha. Assistant coach Dash is on that team!
