Hi all,

⭐ Sign Up Genius for snacks, stats, and tents

We have a Sign Up Genius for snacks, stats, and (eventually) tents. Apologies for not getting this out sooner. You can also find the link in the player portal.

We're still looking for a stats volunteer for the Gold and Blue games (Silver is covered). If you or your player are interested, email us at [email protected] so we can get you set up in advance of game time. There won't be time while coaches are busy with warmups and the game.

🎽 Jersey and sweatshirt handout, hopefully Friday after practice

We're hoping to do jersey and sweatshirt handouts tomorrow. Norwest Graphics is doing their best on the print turnaround, and for now we're planning distribution after practice, which given our large program means some players may not be free to head home until around 5:45pm. We'll post the final plan in WhatsApp once we hear from the printer.

Kelly Alleen-Willems (Nova's mom) is doing the order pickup and bringing everything to the field. Kara Loeppky (Emma's mom) will take point on handout, and may post in WhatsApp asking for help with distribution.

🎯 Game day reminders, Saturday 9/26

• Be ready for warmups 45 minutes before game time.
• Bring water.
• Dress for the weather.

Players should head to the game for the team they're assigned. Check your team assignment in the player portal. Practice squad players are still welcome to come out, warm up, and cheer on their team, even though they won't get game play time.

📽️ Parent meeting recap

Thanks to everyone who attended last night's parent meeting. You're welcome to check out the recording or the slides. Most everything has also been covered in the newsletter or on madisonultimate.org.

Let's have a great first game weekend!
