Spring Fair Tickets and Volunteering
Good morning Nelson families!
Tickets for the Spring Fair are available for pre-sale now on Munchalunch. Tickets are used for food, games, and activities. You can purchase tickets in multiples of 5 via the Munchalunch platform and they will be given to your child by their teacher on June 20. We are hopeful that advance sales will cut down on long lines on Spring Fair day. Tickets will be available on MunchaLunch until June 18. Note: On the day of the fair, all sales will be CASH ONLY!
We are still in need of some more volunteers to make the Spring Fair come to life. Please note that all times are flexible - if you only have an hour, we're happy to accomodate you. Here are some of the specific roles we are looking to fill:
Concession - Late Shift (5-7 PM, or whatever you can do). Cooking and serving simple BBQ items, chips, freezies, and drinks.
Supervising games and activities - Any times. We need folks who can supervise and take tickets for the bouncy castles and other inflatables, and who can help run other games and activities. No experience or special skills required! This is a beloved part of the fair and we need quite a few more volunteers or else we will have to cut out some activities.
Face painting - Late shift. Get creative with the wonderful face painting crew!
