Message from our Spring Fair Coordinator
Hello Everyone,
First, I want to thank you for attending the Spring Fair last week — it was a huge success! Events like this are such an important part of our school community, and it was wonderful to see so many families and children connecting, having fun, and celebrating the end of another school year.
It was also fantastic to see so many parents and teens step up to help make the event happen. At the same time, it was a bit disheartening to see some volunteers needing to cover double shifts to fill gaps. A few parents weren’t able to fully enjoy the fair — spending time with their kids or connecting with others — because they were volunteering the entire time.
With that in mind, I’d like to encourage everyone to consider stepping up to volunteer next year. We’re also exploring ways to better structure the event—such as shorter volunteer shifts (which would require more volunteers), adjusting the event length, or shifting the timing later in the day to better accommodate busy schedules. If changes like these would make it easier for you to participate, I would genuinely welcome your feedback, along with any other ideas to help improve the event. We’re always looking for ways to make it even better.
A heartfelt thank you to all of our volunteers. Whether you helped behind the scenes, supported an activity, donated equipment, or kept things running smoothly throughout the day—your time and effort made this event possible. The success of the fair is a direct reflection of your generosity and commitment to our school community.
Thank you,
Dillon Adams
