As winter approaches it is time to retreat inside for some warm drinks and drawing. The Tried and True in south Corvallis offers opportunities to practice drawing people and the views of the Mill Race, Highway 99 and the surrounding buildings. I have always been struck by the Shell station next to Tried and True with its yellow and red sign.

We will meet in the Tried and True at noon for a brief orientation and decide how we want to organize the time. We can use each other as models or draw the scenes from the coffee shop. We will aim to regroup at 1pm to share our drawings and offer positive feedback.
