Well the holidays are officially off and running and it is that time of year where many of us are busy traveling, whether across the country, around the world or to the other side of town to see the in-laws. A joy of the holiday season is the natural slowdown that happens with travel and holiday events like standing in-line for airport security, riding on the ferry across the sound, or sitting on your mom’s couch while she bakes a perfect ham. These present perfect opportunities to immerse ourselves in an activity like talking with a family member, reading, watching a film or TV, or engaging in this newsletter’s favorite creative activity, drawing.
