This is Memorial Day weekend in the United States and is in many ways the kickoff for summer as people take time off to travel, visit friends and family and relax. While we still have a couple more weeks until we are officially in summer this is a perfect point to reflect on the first half of the year so far and consider new habits you might want to build.
