Hello there!

I hope you’ve all been coping in this heatwave. The cats and snake have been mostly loving it, me not so much… #gothsinhotweather

Berwick Manga Workshops v2

I am doing some more manga workshops at Berwick Library, starting this weekend; the programme will run for 6 weeks, exploring different aspects of manga art and comic creation. More info here: Berwick Manga Workshops on Eventbrite

There are still plenty of spaces left, so if you know any manga fans on or near the Scottish border, please let them know about these workshops!

The above opportunity was funded by Create Berwick.

New Original Art

I’ve been having a lot of fun making mini frames for the Magpie Markets, and one is still available!

If you are interested in claiming that final piece for your lair, you can find it on my Ko-fi shop here: https://ko-fi.com/s/a4bb304a49

Pet Update

Since my last update, I have adopted a ball python named Sally. She is 7 years old and an absolute dream. I got her from the good folks at Richmond Exotics, a specialised reptile rescue based in the North East.

The cats are good pals now, though they do still enjoy a good wrestling match on occasion. Crowley is almost looking like a regular cat instead of a lanky teenager. 😹 And Schultz is 11 in September!

Upcoming Events

I am currently confirmed for the following Magpie Markets:

• September

• October

• December - Magpie Advent

I am hoping to do some more exhibitions and markets later in the year - I will keep you all posted!

Thanks for all your support as always, and speak soon!
