One of our goals for the new year was to survey our existing members to gauge ideas and interest in topics for Lunch & Learn meetings. We want these to be productive and supportive spaces for all members. Please take a few moments to complete our survey.

LIRE Goes to Washington!

Emily & Stephanie were both selected to attend ALA’s 50th Annual National Library Legislative Day on Capitol Hill in February 2026. We have both attended the ILA legislative meetups over the past few years, so this step feels appropriate (and HUGE!). We hope to bring back lots of positive information, tips for communicating with legislators, and fun stories (of course). If you have any recommendations for sights we must see, let us know! (Or else Stephanie will drag Emily on a National Treasure sightseeing tour.)
