OpenAI quietly updated its help center on Oct 31. Starting in December, Plus, Pro, and Business will share one token-based allowance across ChatGPT and Codex. Heavier models and tasks will burn more of it, and Instant chat won't count. There's no exact date and no allowance numbers yet. OpenAI says most people shouldn't hit resets more often than now.
