A project in Dortmund is collecting heat data from a network of sensors to help show levels of heat stress in different parts of the city.
Which popped into my feed around the same time that Giuseppe Sollazzo shared this article "What Asia’s trees tell us about heat inequality ".

Salaries are usually FTE and usually include London weighting if applicable. This list is very UK focused and even for remote jobs you are likely to need the right to work in the UK.
