This is fun. What's the weather like in New York? You could use the data from a weather monitoring station but why not use ML to analyse webcam footage and see what sort of clothes people are wearing and whether they are carrying umbrellas?

Salaries are usually FTE and usually include London weighting if applicable. This list is very UK focused and even for remote jobs you are likely to need the right to work in the UK.
