Nonprofit data jobs 2025-06-08
A slightly smaller selection than usual. Featuring vacancies with Data Orchard, Animals Asia, Get Further, Living Streets and more

This is a list I compile on a weeklyish basis and email to subscribers. I also share the link on Mastodon, Bluesky and LinkedIn. It's a list of data vacancies in nonprofit organisations that have caught my eye. I don't endorse any of the organisations or roles.
Salaries are usually FTE and usually include London weighting if applicable. This list is very UK focused and even for remote jobs you are likely to need the right to work in the UK.
Now this
Analytics Engineer; £35,000 - £45,000; Data Orchard CIC; Remote (I used to be an employee at Data Orchard and I am still an associate. It's a great place to work in my experience)
Data Administrator; £27,042; The Children's Trust; Surrey
Senior Data Executive; £34,000 - £36,000; British Heart Foundation; Hybrid (London)
Assistant GIS & Data Officer; £24,000 - £26,000; Hampshire & Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust; Hybrid possible (Hampshire)
Global Director of Data, Technology & Insight (Maternity Cover); £70,000 - £75,000; Animals Asia; Remote
Senior Data and Insights Officer; £30,000 - £35,000; Get Further; Remote (London)
Data Analyst; £29,547 - £33,444; Living Streets; Remote
Senior Data Analyst; £50,100 - £55,110; Save the Children; Hybrid (London)
Other data jobs that caught my eye
Geospatial Data Scientist; £37,405-£39,694; UK CENTER FOR ECOLOGY & HYDROLOGY; Oxfordshire
Data Governance Manager; £42,402; Trade Remedies Authority; Hybrid possible (Reading)
Then this
Another idea for a card-based workshop for data training.
I really, really like this post from Nicola Rennie that takes a terrible chart and makes it good before our very eyes.
Who doesn't love playing with map projections?
As an experiment I've started collating links that I want to refer back to on my blog. It's wider than data and I don't know if it will be of any interest to anyone else but you can check out this week's links here.
And finally this
You can hire me to help you with interesting data projects.
