The S word.
I rarely use the S word (spirituality) when sharing the less, but better philosophy, but that's not because this philosophy contradicts it. Quite the contrary, it complements it. I'm hesitant to use the S word for a few reasons. Many of you have a vague notion of what spirituality is/not. Maybe it sounds too new agey or woo-woo to some of you. Or it could be that you may simply not be interested in it.
Above all, I rarely use the S word, because the less, but better philosophy and spirituality go hand in hand. What that means is any progress you make by applying this philosophy to your life, you're simultaneously making spiritual progress as well, irrespective of your interest level in the latter.
As I keep sharing through the weekly inspiration (email and this podcast), there is no better example of this philosophy's application than using it to transform my own life. π§
At the end of the day, you may not know anything nor could you care less about spirituality, and yet, it wouldn't matter, because you are living a spiritual life simply by the virtue of living this philosophy.
Here's what a reader shared:
Your thoughts on spirituality certainly resonate with Ralph Waldo Emersonβs.
