Hello!

I’ve been busy recently working on a big batch of tiny guys. On Tuesday, 6/21 at 11am Pacific, these 11 little trinket boxes will be available in the shop. All of them can be previewed there, but I’ll share just a few here.

First of all, I love how this glaze accentuates the texture of the two toads in this update:

I’m also pretty pleased with this, the tiniest turtle I’ve ever attempted to sculpt:

And the last one I want to share is this absolute chunk of a frog:

These, plus more frogs, fish, octopuses, a newt, a cicada, and a beetle investigating an apricot will all be available on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, I’ve started work on pieces for my next solo show, coming to Haven Gallery in November. I’ll share some works in progress as I go, starting with this piece, which is currently firing. Here’s hoping the kiln is kind to it!
