**I’d love to hear from you. Send me a reply today.** ### Apple and Facebook (and Google)... Last year Facebook was the subject of scrutiny and that seems to continue this year. Facebook has released an app outside of the App Store using enterprise certificates. Enterprise certificates are primarily used for releasing apps internally at a company. Here are some more details about the "research app" from Recode:

*The app allowed Facebook to track users’ app history, their private messages, and their location data. Facebook’s research effort reportedly targeted users as young as 13 years old.*

Apple revoked the enterprise certificate this week.
