Now is as good a time as any to go outside and touch grass. Except our grass is buried under piles of snow and -40C wind chill.

It’s nothing new to my brain or yours I’m sure, but I know that if I sit and scroll on my phone everything feels worse and I end up feeling powerless and overwhelmed. So feel free to just delete this email and move on if you’ve already been looking at your phone or computer enough today. Guilt free from me!
