Leaflet update - Bluesky post blocks & 'Make with Leaflet'
We added Bluesky post blocks!
This is a small but meaningful start in playing with the Bluesky / AT Protocol ecosystem.
We're not just doing simple iframes/oEmbeds — we store the post data and render it directly, with a link back to the full thread on Bluesky.
This is cool because it loads faster and the data lives directly in your doc…and because we can match your theme!
use as a linked comments thread
make fun thematic post collections
embed posts for research, inspo, bookmarks, whatever!
Here's one I made for my Bluesky bookmarks, using subpages to categorize:

starting Jan 1, 2025 :)
This is just step one; we're working on creating a lexicon for longform publishing with AT Protocol (which powers Bluesky) so you can publish doc data in an open ecosystem others can build on. Also thinking about publications and subscriptions…let us know if that sounds interesting!
One more thing we finished up this week — Make with Leaflet.
This is a set of 15 pages showing how Leaflet is useful for specific things like events, collections, shared notes, logs, scrapbooks, projects, websites and more. Take a look here:
Make with Leaflet
Leaflet is a tool for docs…and so much more!
…and please share with anyone who might enjoy making some of these things with Leaflet!
Finally, welcome to our new users from our recent Show HN post — we got some great feedback there and it was fun to get into some of the technical details behind Leaflet :)
Let us know if you have any questions, or further ideas for Leaflet + Bluesky!
