Something’s stirring.

Happy 2026!
And welcome to the first Note from Laureen.

This isn’t a polished launch or a grand debut. It’s more like a quiet knock at your door ~ a whispered, “Something’s stirring.”

I’ve been shaping this space slowly. And honestly? It’s been unfolding far more slowly than I imagined. But with February just days away, I’m choosing to begin here, from the messy middle.

Perhaps you know this terrain: somewhere between old roles and new ways of being ~ feeling exposed, while not yet fully formed. I wonder if that’s just part of the path now, in this wild and tender world we share.

Arriving early to a dinner party has its perks: you get to nibble, offer feedback, shape what’s being served.

So I welcome you here ~ not just as a reader, but as a co-steward of what’s to come.

In quiet kinship,
Laureen
