Petit. Jabron.

The time is now.
Petit Jabron is back for the season and I am very happy to report the raw goat’s milk cheeses from Sisteron are behaving (and tasting) exceptionally well this year.

Marc and Adrien Donneaud raise a herd of 250 goat’s in the small town of Sisteron (Haute-Provence), with a keen focus on animal welfare, proper breeding practices and precise cheesemaking. The Alpine chamois and Provencal goats spend an extensive time on robust pasture, which results in a cheese that is subtle yet full of character.
Petit Jabron is able to walk on both sides of the line, connecting cheese enthusiasts with connoisseurs.
These are available in extremely small quantities from now until September.
Get stuck in.
