Hello,

This is just a quick update:

Several people will be unable to meet this Saturday. There are several reasons for this (illness, travel, needing to work, etc.)

As a result, I'm rescheduling our Reading Seminar's first meeting from Saturday 1/7 to Saturday 1/21.

The main reason I'm doing this is because I want to use this seminar to do two things, both of which are important.

1. I want the seminar to help people learn something about psychoanalysis that they can bring into their practices.
2. I want to build a community of people who are interested in and committed to the psychoanalytic cuase.

Sure, we could meet as a much smaller group on 1/7, but if we did I think we would be less likely to accomplish aim number one above, and I'm positive we would not accomplish aim number two.

I hope to see you all on Saturday 1/21 4:00-600 pm.
