I hope your April is going well and you're getting to enjoy spring :) As I type this it's 69 degrees here in north Idaho!
Last month I promised you a picture of our new rescue pup Brandy. She's a 10 month old Boxer/bully and boy has she been keeping us busy. She knows basic obedience, but we're still working on better leash manners and convincing her to play a little gentler with our other dog, Stella. Have you ever adopted from a rescue or shelter? If so, I'd love to hear about your experience.
A Gamble of the Heart
You may know that I have a new book coming really soon. A Gamble of the Heart is book 1 in my clean, suspenseful Ragin' Moon Refuge series. My dedicated advance reading team is hard at work searching out any spelling or punctuation errors in the story so I can (hopefully) correct them in the final draft. I've gotten wonderful feedback so far which is super reassuring to hear. We authors can be an insecure bunch :)
