New recommendations and the latest news 😀

Hi
Whether you’re a fan of dandelions or not, you’ve gotta’ admit it’s a cute picture, right? And while the seed balls aren’t that attractive, I personally love their cheerful little yellow faces. Hope you’re enjoying sunshine and green (dandelion free?) lawns wherever you are.
Embers of Courage
If you read April’s newsletter you know that Embers of Courage, book four of my Ragin’ Moon Refuge series is now available. Thanks to all the pre-orders, it was the most successful launch I’ve enjoyed so far 🥳 Thanks so much for all the support. Here’s what a couple of you had to say so far:
“I really did not want to stop reading this adorable love story!”—Maggie Jo
“This is a beautifully written, heartwarming story that has a wonderful cast of characters.”—Ann Ferrari

There’s one more book in the series, A Sanctuary of the Heart. It’s Stephano’s story, and yes, I’m hard at work on it. Stay tuned!
May’s Recommendations
With everything going on with the launch I fell behind on recommendations, so I have two this month to make up for it. First up: Bent Creek Promises, by Catie Cahill. Catie pens closed door, small-town, family sagas that remind me of my books. If you love cowboys, family drama and sweet romance, I know you’ll enjoy Bent Creek Promises. Click on the cover and check it out.

Next up is something a bit different, but I’ve been enjoying it so much I had to share! It’s Pineapple Park, A Pineapple Port Mystery by Amy Vansant. Amy is a USA Today bestselling author who writes humorous, twisty, cozy mysteries with animals. I’m reading Pineapple Park now and have already laughed out loud several times. Check it out, it’s adorable. (I mean, look at that cover :)

That’s all I have for this month. Dog-gone short and sweet, right? I’ll be back in June with an update about A Sanctuary of the Heart, and hopefully another recommendation.
Happy reading,
K.T.
