Don't open this unless you love books :)

Two very happy looking golden retrievers among the dandelions
Don’t worry, be happy 😀

Hi

You opened it! You must love books. No, just kidding, I know you do ;) Hope this February is treating you well. Here in north Idaho, we’re getting more snow than we have all winter. Go, figure. But hey, another month and we’ll be talking spring. Yay! In the meantime, here’s some bookish news you may enjoy.

A sneak peek at my next book

Yeah, I know I just released Whispers of Retribution, book 2 in my clean, suspenseful Ragin’ Moon Refuge series last month. And I also know that some authors are able to rapid release a new story every month or two. Sadly … that’s just not me. My circumstances don’t come close to allowing it, plus, (And I don’t mean to knock rapid release authors here) but honestly, I don’t see how anyone can write a quality story that fast! I know I couldn’t.

But what I can do is assure you that I’m hard at work on book 3. Cool title: The Art of New Beginnings. Cool hook: “Sometimes, it’s the shadows of our past that can illuminate the path forward.” Stay tuned for more! In the mean time, if you’re missing book one or two, grab them HERE.

Calling all audio-book lovers

Even though I’ve never been a big fan of audio books, a lot of people are. Apparently, it’s the fastest growing segment of the e-book market. So if you’re a fan, I thought you might be interested in this great group of clean romance audiobooks. There are only about 40-45 titles, so it’s not overwhelming to scroll through the offerings. I bet some of the covers will jump out at you like they did me. Check them out HERE.

This month’s recommendation

I’m always on the lookout for great new clean romance titles I feel comfortable sharing and recommending to you. This month it’s Second Chances in Cheshire Bay by H.M. Shander.

A handsome brown haired man kisses a blonde woman on the forehead.
Sweet and engaging romance

H.M. is an elementary school librarian as well as a romance novelist. She describes herself as a star-gazing romantic who loves to create sassy heroines and sweet, swoon-worthy heroes who find love in the darkest of places. If you enjoy my books, I bet you’ll enjoy hers as well. Click on the cover and check it out.

Well, that’s it for this month’s Dog-gone Sweet and Short Update. See you in March!

Happy reading

K.T.
