This newsletter is distillation of all those experiences and knowledge, paired with a photo, and shared with you, weekly. You can expect to read personal observations and collected notes of the places that I've been visiting. You can expect to read blurbs and interesting insights from the books that I've been reading. You can expect anything and precisely that's why it's aptly called... well, Placeholder.
It'll be little wacky, a little scattered but I will try to make it useful for you. Sometimes even delightful.
Why not share on social media?
Well, glad that you asked. Social media networks is the place where creation and consumption happens in the same space. In order to use the network, we have to get used by it. In order to contribute something to the stream, we must look at the stream itself. And every time I open one of these networks, I simply get sucked in it by them because they are darn good at knowing what I might be interested in.
The desire is simply to publish my own content, my own photos, on my own terms. And having an addressable group of real people shapes my tone and voice.
So here we are: leaning on an open, decentralised, reliable and not going anywhere technology — emails. Let's see how this goes.
