Building bespoke tools with AI

I recently published my first essay this year while grappling what it would take to ship production software using agents. The essay covers the idea of vibe limits ~= the size of the change I can ask an agent to do and still trust the code; followed by several attempts at vibe coding over 6 months — including tools you may find useful — and general mechanics I found valuable while doing these experiments.
