Hey folks!

Seed voting is now open for the Best Album of 2001 tournament! Please click here to go to the Google Form to vote for the albums you want to have a high seed. Please also read the directions there, but the key takeaway is: vote only for the albums you truly love. Don’t vote for albums that you think “should” have a high seed, because that will hurt all your obscure favorites.

Seed voting will run from Monday, March 2nd to 11:59PM Sunday, March 8th. I plan to announce the seeds on Bluesky on March 11th, sometime in the evening, CST. Shortly after that, I’ll send out a newsletter covering the same information, as well as open up the tournament to prediction brackets. Prediction brackets will be open for probably a little over a week, then the tournament will start on Monday, March 23rd.
