#294 Best Album of 1989 Tournament: Week #10 Wrap-Up
Hey folks!

Another week is done, and again, generally no surprises, unless you count #67 Queen Latifah ALL HAIL THE QUEEN knocking out #62 Violent Femmes 3, which I kinda do. Not so much the result — two 60-something seeds can go either way. But that’s what was surprising, the result was heavily tilted towards HAIL, with it winning 66.4% of the vote, defeating 3, 89-45, with 1 abstention.
