Hi |FNAME|,

Here are the DIY keyboard related posts I thought were worth sharing this week: 1. The Sweeeeep (https://kbd.news/Sweeeeep-1354.html) is Sadek Baroudi’s take on the Sweep – with per-key LEDs, OLED and Elite-C as controller. 2. Tony Jeffree’s MiniNova (https://kbd.news/MiniNova-1355.html) is a tiny 30% staggered keyboard with exposed diodes. 3. This handwired walnut keyboard (https://kbd.news/Walnut-board-1356.html) by gregschlom was CNCed from a single piece of wood which acts as the case, plate and cable guide as well. 4. Zealousideal’s Kiboard68 (https://kbd.news/Kiboard68-1358.html) is a 60% handwired ortho with numpad, plus a nice photolog. 5. Jesus Climent published his monoblock Atreyu (https://kbd.news/Atreyu-1363.html) ‘s PCB files. 6. The la_nc (https://kbd.news/la-nc-1365.html) is a Pro Micro based 42-key ortholinear keyboard by Subrezon. 7. Astra’s Procyon (https://kbd.news/Procyon-1361.html) is a cute 40% keyboard – Morningstar layout in a split form. But what’s Morningstar (https://kbd.news/Morningstar-PCB-art-1362.html) you may ask: her 40% ergonomic unibody keyboard with a little glowing LED star in the center. 8. Daihuku shot a cool video tour of Yushakobo (https://kbd.news/Yushakobo-shop-tour-1367.html) , the iconic keyboard store in Tokyo. 9. Folks at Keebio put all of their customers on a community map (https://kbd.news/Keebio-community-map-1360.html) – over 90 countries represented. 10. Drop announced a cylindrical Cherry/OEM clone keycap profile dubbed controversially “MT2 (https://kbd.news/MT2-keycap-profile-1357.html) ” — causing real drama. 11. Weekly retro stuff: The HP 9845 (https://kbd.news/HP-9845-1359.html) , Hewlett Packard’s flagship from 1977, and the first “workstation”. 12. Finally, Daraku-Neko’s Yamada Willow (https://kbd.news/Yamada-Willow-1364.html) for inspiration — a monoblock split with the Willow layout and an ambidextrous numpad.
