Issue 123 / Keyboard Builders' Digest
Keyboard Builders' Digest #123
Check out the new issue with awesome projects, tips and ideas!
Hey y'all,
Here are the posts I thought were worth sharing this week:
- TrashTruck is a keyboard based on the GarbageTruck with exploded arrows. Shared by Skribbles4420.
- Meet Quokka, an open-source 36-key split keyboard designed by dlford.
- An ultrathin, wireless monoblock split keyboard with Kailh X switches – Bad Wings: Slim by Jason Hazel.
- Interview: Monkeytype's lead developer Jack was kind enough to answer my questions on the occasion of his popular typing app turning 3.
- SLK Dessau by Kema/FKcaps is the first keyset with the uniform spherical SLK keycap profile.
- The revamped keycap customization service by FKcaps has now an intuitive online interface offering an impressive set of options. Check it out!
- Review: Kemove sent me a P10 switch puller which, as it turned out, is a very handy little tool. And for $12* it's a no-brainer.
- Splinktegrated, released by Fmcraft, is an open-source controller board for Dactyls.
- Takuma Onishi created a fancy Fish keyboard as part of the Tokyo Hackathon.
- Apple ergo split mechanical keyboard? No, not that Apple. JMAWWorks carved this beautiful case out of curly apple wood.

This image has been around for some time, but I stumbled into it for the first time in a tweet by @lorenschmidt. The original image appeared in R. Parkinson's paper in 1972 (source).
