(New!) Big Talk Newsletter: Free Big Talk Event + Summer Reflection Questions!
Hi all!
Happy summer (or winter for my friends down under)! I hope you are well. We’re back with a mix of Big Talk updates, nuggets of wisdom, and reflection questions… Starting with:
Big Talk Questions for the Summer
The summer solstice (June 20th this year) is a time of increased daylight and energy! Here are some meaningful Big Talk questions to reflect on:
How have I grown or changed since the last summer solstice?
Are there any goals I set at the beginning of the year that need to be reevaluated or adjusted?
What steps can I take to align my daily actions with my long-term aspirations?
How have my relationships evolved over the past year?
Are there any relationships that need healing, closure, or more nurturing?
What changes can I make to better balance my work, rest, and play?
How often do I spend time in nature, and how does it affect me?
What natural elements or landscapes resonate most deeply with me?
What aspects of my life feel illuminated and full of energy right now?
Are there any areas of my life where I feel a lack of clarity or purpose?
How can I bring more light into the darker or uncertain parts of my life?
What creative projects or passions have I pursued recently?
How have I contributed to my community or helped others this year?
Reflecting on these questions during the summer solstice can help us gain clarity and set our intentions for the rest of the year. Try answering them with a friend or loved one or in a journal entry to make Big Talk with yourself! For more Summer Solstice Big Talk Questions check out this blog post.

P.S. A spotlight on Grief: I was recently grieving and saw my neighbor. We had a nice Big Talk conversation and he sent me this moving piece to read. Also, check out this touching Big Talk conversation I had with a Hospice Nurse.
